This mural (‘Metropolis’ by David Partridge) located near the entry doors of City Hall, consists of 100,000 nails on nine panels each weighing 180 kg, symbolizes the complexity of a large city.

I really wish they would keep this top floor at City Hall open all year round for observation.  There are some great views from here.
